Weiland Inspection Services provides quality home inspections and radon testing in Marshfield, Stevens Point, and surrounding central Wisconsin.  We pride ourselves on not simply providing a home inspection but educating you about the property.  Our mission is simple, to educate and keep people safe in their homes.  We do this through our unique blend of experience and education.   



























My name is Troy Weiland, Certified and Licensed Inspector of Weiland Inspection Services. 

I understand that purchasing a home can be a stressful process, filled with emotions: excitement, nervousness, anticipation, anxiety, and stress.  For most, purchasing a home is the single largest investment of their lives.  This is why I provide a level of service that matches the significance of the purchase you are about to make. 


Whether this is your first time buying a home or you have prior experience, I will provide you with the peace of mind and security that you deserve.  Not only am I a Certified Home Inspector but I also possess a unique back ground in fire investigation.  I am one of only a few Certified Fire Investigators through the International Association of Arson Investigators (less than 1500 nationwide*).  Over 18 years of investigating fires has provided me with the tools and knowledge to look past the obvious and identify the details.  Throughout those years I have received advanced training in building construction, mechanical systems, and component applications.  My combination of knowledge and unique experiences have provided me with not only the attention to detail that is so essential in home inspection but also the communication skills necessary to educate you about your potential new home.
